FOR RENTALS: ​ You must return the items in clean, undamaged, perfect working conditions, and well-packaged. You must also include: • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags. • All items that are included in a bundle. Once you return the items and meet our policy and conditions, you can withdraw the deposited amount for the rental items. ​ ​ ​ FOR PURCHASES: You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials including the receipt when you ship it or delivery it back to us. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. To customize your preferred clothes, all you have to do is to contact us through our social media platforms or filling out our contact form.(https://ezarcodesign.wixsite.com/portfolio/customer-service-zyx) After we have received your message, please wait our response to discuss the details. Once you agreed to our Quotation and Terms & Conditions, we will start to process your order. We will send updates of your order. Our regular leading time is 15-30 days excluding the delivery process; And if rush 1-14 days excluding the delivery process. TAKE NOTE: Your order will start to process once your payment is being received.

Here's our estimated time breakdown for customized clothes: • 15-30 days for making your garment/outfit (regular leading time) • 3-5 days for delivery within NCR; 5-7 days for delivery within province. We also have express delivery (1 day) for NCR via Grab/Lalamove. But rest assure, it might take a bit longer from our estimated time breakdown, depends on the design we'll receive.
