FOR RENTALS: You must return the items in clean, undamaged, perfect working conditions, and well-packaged. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. After we have received your message, please wait our response to discuss the details.
 
Once you agreed to our Quotation and Terms & Conditions, we will start to process your order. We will send updates of your order.

Our regular leading time is 15-30 days excluding the delivery process; And if rush 1-14 days excluding the delivery process.
 
TAKE NOTE: Your order will start to process once your payment is being received.

How long is the process of customized clothes?

Here's our estimated time breakdown for customized clothes:
 
 • 15-30 days for making your garment/outfit (regular leading time)
 • 3-5 days for delivery within NCR; 5-7 days for delivery within province.
 
We also have express delivery (1 day) for NCR via Grab/Lalamove.
 
But rest assure, it might take a bit longer from our estimated time breakdown, depends on the design we'll receive.
