RETURN POLICY
 
You must return the items in clean, undamaged, perfect working conditions, and well-packaged. You must also include:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags.
All items that are included in a bundle.
 
Once you return the items and meet our policy and conditions, you can withdraw the deposited amount for the rental items.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
 
IN CLEANING:
If the item is dusty or dirty, use wet wipes or wet tissue to wipe out the dust or dirt.
Do not use alcohol, disinfectant, bleach or other chemical products that may damage the items, also to avoid discoloration.
For costumes or any clothing garments, no need to clean it. We will do the laundry to avoid fabric damage and ravage of embellishments.

IN HANDLING AND STORING:
You must cover the items with paper and/or plastic or any water-proof material to avoid damages and discoloration, and to assure the items are safe.

IN DISTRESSING:
